Born in Mashad, Khorasan, Yazdani started his football with Siah Jamegan in summer 2012. He was part of Siah Jamegan in 2012–13 Iran Football 2nd Division and was promoted with them to Division 1.
On July 7, 2014, He joined the newly promoted Paykan making his debut on September 12, 2014.
He transferred from Sepahan to the Esteghlal club in the summer of 2019.
He was called for the first time for the Iran national team in 2019. He made his debut on 1st February 2022 against the United Arab Emirates.
