One of the promising young players who featured for Iran youth teams before making his debut with Team Melli under Calos Queiroz in the 7th WAFF tournament in Kuwait in December 2012.
Initially played Under the Ali Daei in Rah Ahan , Khanzadeh broke into the first team lineup late on in the season.
Squad member of Iran's U23 team for AFC U-22 Asian Cup qualification by coach Alireza Mansourian.
He was transfered to Perspolis to serve under Daei again, however , in the mid season of 2013/14 league he and another player of Perspolis were swapped for Mohsen Mosalman. Khanzadeh became a Zob Ahan player.
