Coach Stanko Poklepović
Born born April 19, 1938 in Split, Croatia) is a Croatian football coach, who briefly coached Team Melli in 1994
He started his coaching career as Head Coach of Hajduk Split.
He was coach of the Croatia national football team in the early years of Croatian independence.
After he had success in working with the Iranian football clubs, he also was a professional football commentator.
Known for his tough approach and a disciplinarian.
Poklepović passed away on 24 December 2018 (aged 80) in Split, Croatia.
