Azizi started his football career in the Shahin Abadan team and then transferred to Homa and continued his professional football. He was one of the most technical figures in Iranian football and was brought up in the school of Parviz Dehdari. A fast-paced winger who was a menace to defenders with his pace.
Perspolis bought him from Homa where he played for many seasons.
Aziz Died in Tehran on 7th August 2021 at the age of 72 after a long illness.
