Andranik Taymoorian : Played for Iran at several age level teams. In Abo Moslem , he formed an formidable partnership with Mojtaba jabbari which went on to succeed with Iran U23 team participation in the Islamic Solidarity games, where Iran won the third place.
At the age of 22, Teymoorian has already built up an impressive playing CV.
He has played for Iran at every single youth level, before being drafted into the senior side. The Abo Moslem midfielder played for Iran’s U-23 team in last year’s Islamic Solidarity Games where his prompting from midfield helped the young Team Melli to a third-placed finish.
Selected several times for Team Melli squads , eventually making his debut against Libya.
Taymoorian was one of the few good players in the FIFA 2006 World Cup in Germany. His performance attracted many interests , and after a prolonged affair , he was transferred to the EPL side Bolton Wanderers. With the change of the coach in Bolton , his playing time was reduced effectively excluding him from the squad except for a few matches in the UEFA Cup.
