Hezbavi made his debut for Foolad Khuzestan in season 2021–22 against Esteghlal at the age of 18 years.
His young energy and tough defending attracted the interest of the QSL side, Al Sadd which he finally
in the summer of 2023 on a 5-year contract.
Hezbavi played for Iran U19 and the Omid team. He made his debut for the senior Iran national team on 21 March 2024 in a World Cup qualifier against Turkmenistan.
