Samson Petrosian is an Iranian-Armenian player who started playing football on the clay courts and alleys of Majidiyeh in Tehran.

In 1990, he started his professional football career with the Ararat team in Tehran, and in 1991, while participating in various competitions with the Ararat team, he was invited to the national team. Participated in the 1998 World Cup qualifiers in France. He joined the Isfahan Zob Ahan Team in 1995 and was the captain of this team for three years.
