Ezzat Janmalaki, born in South of Tehran where his childhood was mostly spent kicking football around in the sandy ground of the Capital.

His passion for the game was soon rewarded when he was picked up by Kayan club where he played first team football before moving to Taj Club (present Esteghlal).

He was a tough and hard working defender and a dedicated person. He won , return

His career was short lived due to illness. Years later , Janmaleki was diagnosed having Multiple sclerosis(MS). He ended up on a wheel chair with limited mobility.
